Monster of the Week: Sound of Horror (El Sonido de la Muerte) | New 5th Edition Monster

Shake and quake with sounds of horror!

A group of isolated people living in the mountains of Greece set off a cave explosion, unleashing a terrifying monster. Born from a tiny egg, the monster reveals is an invisible shrieking dinosaur that was buried for eons. Once freed, it tracks down and murders the group until it is finally stopped by a heroic sacrifice. Filmed at the Samuel Bronston Studios in Madrid, the 1964 Spanish flick Sound of Horror (El sonido de la muerte) is a low-budget creature feature with no on-screen creature. It is a hokey, little known foreign foray into horror, but its enigmatic monster is a perfect addition to the world of D&D.
